      Cleaning and disinfection are important appearance of the instrument reprocessing loop. The Beya Medical Cleaning Test Indicator provides a uniform , reproducible method to routinely check the performance of your automated washer/disinfector process and instrument cleaning chemistry functionality. Designed to verify the cleaning efficacy of your washer, the Beya Medical Cleaning Test Indicator makes washer/disinfector performance monitoring easy. Each washer indicator contains a proprietary protein, lipid and polysaccharide formulation dried on each side of a plastic carrier and is formulated to mimic typical soiling that happens during normal use, but doesn't contain blood products for safe handling.

      Complete soil removal of the dried test soil pattern from the plastic substrate provides a qualitative assessment of the washer/disinfector cleaning performance. The device consists of a mix of colored organic components, which assist to detect all factors which will affect the result of the washing/ disinfecting process. The inital red colour with a really high challenge level are going to be eliminated if the washing/ disinfecting process is satisfactory. If unfavourable results do occur, users must check quality/ quantity of detergent, cleaning time, temperature also as general condition of the washer.
